CANCELLATION POLICY

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we, simply ask that you give us at least 48 HOURS NOTICE before the appointment is due to take place. We are also happy to reschedule your appointments if we have the availability  to do so.

​

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment 24 HOURS OR LESS before we have the right to charge you 50% of your total treatment cost on the payment method held in our booking system.

​

In the case of not showing up to your appointment with no communication we will charge you 100% of the treatment.

​

We also ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, please advise us if you are running late as we may not be able to carry out your appointment due to time restraints, meaning we may need to reschedule it.

 

If you are late enough that we cannot carry out your appointment and there is no communication about it, we will charge you 100% of the treatment.

GDPR

​

You being comfortable and safe during your visit to the salon is our number one priority at all times. We ask ALL clients to fill out an in depth consultation form, and we ask that you disclose any health, medical needs and allergies that you have that may impact your treatment with us.

​

Also all children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian as there is a section that must be signed on the consultation form.

​

Every client has their own personal folder that only we have access to, all of your personal information is kept in there and away from everyone else.

​

GIFT VOUCHERS

​

Gift vouchers can be purchased from the salon or via email and are sold by monetary values starting from £10. 

They have a 6 month expiry date from the date they were purchased.

​

Gift vouchers are STRICTLY non-transferable or refundable at any time.

PLEASE NOTE that SB Nails are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.

LOYALTY CARDS

​

At SB Nails we offer a loyalty card scheme, we keep hold of your cards, they are kept with your personal client folder.

​

Every time you come to the salon and have a treatment with us, you earn a stamp on your card.  When you have filled ALL 8 you will receive £5 off your next treatment. 

​

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

• Loyalty cards have NO MONETARY VALUE

• They are non-refundable or exchangeable

• They cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers from the salon

• SB Nails has the right at anytime and without notice to terminate the loyalty scheme at anytime.
